SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday excluding weekends and holidays. Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days from the receipt of payment verification. We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the carrier or the weather.
You will receive tracking information on the day your order is shipped. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking information to update.
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. If there is issues with verifying your address, customer service will contact you to try and resolve these issues. If after several attempts of contacting you, you do not respond, you order will be canceled and your money refunded to you.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Temple On Fire, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

LOST or STOLEN PACKAGES
If your package has been confirmed via USPS delivered and you did not receive it you must file a claim with USPS as we are not responsible for lost or STOLEN packages. We highly recommend that you select SIGNATURE REQUIRED if you have a history of missing packages this ensures the individual at your address must sign and collect your package eliminating the possibility of it being stolen.
