RETURNS POLICY
Thank you for shopping with us at Temple On Fire Boutique. We root ourselves in delivering an experience you will love during your purchase. However, if you are not fully satisfied with the sizing of the item(s) you have received, you may return the item(s) to us within 5 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition with tags intact. Where items are returned to us outside of this time period we reserve the right to return the item to you.
Once items are returned you will be entitled a store credit/exchange of right sizing if item is still available. To avoid sizing errors make sure to read detail descriptions of items that may include “No Stretch”, etc. Also refer to our size chart before placing order. Customer is responsible for shipping fees on return/exchange which will be sent via new invoice after approval. Store Credit/Exchange will not be issued until item is evaluated of any signs of wear or damage. Email us to initiate a return. Please do not return any merchandise without speaking to someone from our sales team!
We are not able to accept items that appear to have been worn, washed, are not in original condition, or have had tags removed. Every aspect of the garment must be free from signs of wear and odor.
We DO NOT accept exchanges on any white items, swimwear, bodysuits, leggings or accessories. PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY SALE OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE!
Where items are returned to us outside of this time period we reserve the right to return the item to you.

SHIPPING
All orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday excluding weekends and holidays. Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days from the receipt of payment verification. We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the carrier or the weather.
You will receive tracking information on the day your order is shipped. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking information to update.
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. If there is issues with verifying your address, customer service will contact you to try and resolve these issues. If after several attempts of contacting you, you do not respond, you order will be canceled and your money refunded to you.
